- 6-7 pounds amber malt extract
- .5 pound roasted malt specialty grain
- 1-1.5 ounces Hallertauer, Saaz, or Tettnanger bittering hops (4-6 HBU)
- .25 ounces Hallertauer or Tettnanger finishing hops
- Wyeast #2308 or #2206
